People,
A friend asked me to deliver an historical lecture on 'economic crises'. I
have no problem thinking of interesting economic crises in the past and am
even able to say something sensible about them. What I lack, however, is a
general definition of an 'economic crisis'. Does anybody have one? Could
there even be such a definition, useful for both the early Roman empire and
present-day Japan?
Kind regards,
